(c) For this game, a play/prize symbol shall appear in 75 play spots within the play area or areas.
(d) The ticket numbers in each book of tickets in this game shall start with 000 and end with 019.
(e) The price of instant tickets sold by a retailer for this game shall be $30.00 each.
(f) “$250,000 Cash” is a key number match game with multiplier features. The player will scratch the play area to reveal five “WINNING NUMBERS” and 35 “YOUR NUMBERS” with a prize amount below each of the “YOUR NUMBERS.” If a player matches any of the “YOUR NUMBERS” to any of the “WINNING NUMBERS,” the player wins the prize shown below that number. If a player reveals a symbol of a money bag, the player wins the prize amount shown. If a player reveals a “2X” symbol, the player wins two times the prize amount shown. If a player reveals a “5X” symbol, the player wins five times the prize amount shown. If a player reveals a “10X” symbol, the player wins 10 times the prize amount shown. If a player reveals a “20X” symbol, the player wins 20 times the prize amount shown.
(g) Each ticket in this game may win up to 35 times.
(h) Approximately 300,000 tickets shall be ordered initially for this instant game. Additional ticket orders shall have the same prize structure, the same number of prizes per prize pool of 285,000 tickets, and the same odds as were contained in the initial ticket order.

(e) The price of instant tickets sold by a retailer for this game shall be $2.00 each.
(f) On the “Winner Winner Chicken Dinner” instant ticket, players remove the scratch-off material to reveal four WINNING NUMBERS and 15 YOUR NUMBERS with a prize amount below each of the YOUR NUMBERS. If a player matches any of YOUR NUMBERS to any of the WINNING NUMBERS, they win the prize shown for that number. If players reveal one or more symbols of an egg, they win the prize amount shown in the BONUS LEGEND for that exact total number of egg symbols found. One Egg Symbol shall be $2.00, Two Egg Symbols shall be $5.00, Three Egg Symbols shall be $10.00, Four Egg Symbols shall be $20.00 and Five Egg Symbols shall be $50.00.

If a player reveals a symbol of a lightning bolt, the player wins the prize shown to the side of that symbol. The ticket will have a power spot bonus play area. If a player reveals a symbol of a lightning bolt, the player wins the prize shown to the side of that symbol. The ticket will have two power spot bonus play areas. The player will scratch each of the “POWER SPOT” bonus play areas and if the player reveals a “50” symbol, the player automatically wins $50. If the player reveals a “100” symbol, the player automatically wins $100. The ticket will also have a power up play area. Article 19.—SPECIFIC PLAYER LOYALTY CLUB RULES
111-19-100. Rivalry Madness Drawings. (a) The Kansas lottery may conduct two drawings entitled “Rivalry Madness Drawings” in which two Kansas lottery players will win the prize package in each drawing described in subsection (d). The Kansas lottery will accept entries into the drawings beginning at 12:01 a.m. on March 4, 2021. Entry deadline for the drawings will be at 11:59 p.m. on April 4, 2021. The drawings will be conducted sometime after entry into the drawings has closed but before noon on April 8, 2021, at which time the winners will be announced.
(b) Only registered Kansas Lottery PlayOn (“PlayOn”) members may enter the drawings. PlayOn members must enter themselves into the drawings according to the terms and conditions of PlayOn. Entries shall not be accepted that are submitted by any method other than through PlayOn.
(c) A total of 150 player loyalty club points are required for a PlayOn member to enter once into the drawing of their choice, either Kansas State University or University of Kansas. A player may enter one or both of the drawings as many times as the player’s points allow but may only win once per drawing.
(d) The procedures set forth in K.A.R. 111-18-5 for selecting winners and alternate winners shall be followed. For each drawing, the Kansas lottery shall award two players selected a prize package. Each prize package shall consist of an autographed basketball in a display case.
(e) The procedures set forth in K.A.R. 111-18-5 for contacting winners and the claiming of prizes shall be followed, except as follows: in this promotion the 10-day deadline for the winners to return their claim forms shall commence with the date of the announcement of the winners. The Kansas lottery is not responsible for electronic malfunction or player error.
(f) By entering the drawings, entrant agrees to PlayOn terms and conditions.
